Gift Policy

  • You must have a Roundtable account to purchase a Roundtable e-Gift Card or Gifted Course. You do not need a Roundtable account to receive a Roundtable e-Gift Card or Gifted Course, but you must create a Roundtable account to use a Roundtable e-Gift Card or to access a Gifted Course.
  • Gifted Courses are courses that have been purchased by a giver and the course is sent to a recipient. Gifted Courses are non-returnable, non-refundable, not for resale, and non-transferable.
  • Roundtable e-Gift Cards are balances that a giver has purchased for the recipient to use towards any items on Roundtable, including live courses, on-demand courses, add-ons, and subscriptions. Roundtable e-Gift Cards are non-returnable, non-refundable, not for resale, non-transferable, and cannot be redeemed for its cash value, except as required by applicable law.

e-Gift Cards and Gifted Courses Terms and Conditions

A. No Expiration Date/No Service Charges
  • Roundtable e-Gift Card balance amounts do not expire but may become subject to statutory unclaimed property laws.
  • Gifted Courses do not expire, however, courses may only be available for a limited time. We recommend that Gifted Course recipients enjoy their Gifted Courses as soon as they can. Please contact us if your Gifted Course has expired before you have viewed it.
  • There are no service charges or other fees to use Roundtable e-Gift Cards or to access Gifted Courses.
B. Delivery and Risk of Loss
  • The purchaser is responsible for providing an accurate email address for the gift recipient. Roundtable is not responsible for delivery of a Roundtable e-Gift Card or Gifted Course to an incorrect but deliverable email address or a non-existent email address that is provided by the purchaser.
  • The risk of loss and title for Roundtable e-Gift Cards and Gifted Courses pass to the purchaser upon our electronic transmission of the Roundtable e-Gift Cards and Gifted Courses to the purchaser or designated recipient.
C. Liability and Assignment
  • Roundtable e-Gift Cards and Gifted Courses represent solely the obligation and liability of Roundtable. However, Roundtable reserves the right to assign these terms and any benefit, liability, or obligations relating to the Roundtable e-Gift Cards and/or Gifted Courses to an assignee at any time without notice in its sole discretion and such assignee shall be the holder of any such benefits, liabilities, or obligations thereafter. Upon any such assignment, you hereby knowingly release Roundtable and its affiliates/subsidiaries (other than the assignee, if applicable) from any and all liability or claims of any nature whatsoever arising in connection with the Roundtable e-Gift Cards and/or Gifted Courses.
